Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver our services.
Respond promptly to communications and requests related to project delivery.
Ensure that all products, materials, and information shared with Uno Distri comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Quotations and Payment

All quotations provided are estimates based on the information available at the time.
Payment terms, rates, and invoicing schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information shared during the course of the engagement.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in materials created by Uno Distri remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own trademarks, products, and brand assets.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uno Distri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice subject to terms outlined in the individual contract.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
